Name, email and photo from your Google account (used only to identify you in the app); your onboarding answers (goal, level, training place, body measurements, injuries and preferences); your workouts, loads and history; technical usage and crash data.
To build and adjust your workouts, show your progress, sync your account across devices, send the reminders you turn on, process your subscription and fix errors. We do not sell your data.
To generate workouts, our server sends OpenAI your training preferences, level, equipment and recent muscle history. We do not send your name, email or account photo. The suggested workout is only a recommendation. In the Premium meal scan feature, the photo you take or pick is sent to OpenAI, through our server, only to estimate calories and macros. We do not store the photo: it stays only in the memory of the device and of the server during the analysis and is then discarded. The estimate can be wrong and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Supabase (sign-in, database and server), OpenAI (artificial intelligence), Firebase (Google sign-in, usage analytics and crash reports) and RevenueCat with Google Play (subscriptions). Each handles data under its own policy.
On your device and in Supabase cloud storage, linked to your account. Data is encrypted in transit. Sign-in, usage analytics and crash reports are handled by Firebase, without your workouts or body measurements.
You can access, correct and delete your data. To erase your account and all associated data, use the delete option in the app or contact us below.
FitGymBetter is not a medical service. Talk to a health professional before starting or changing your exercise routine, especially if you have injuries or health conditions.
In the app: Profile › Delete account (two confirmations). This erases your account and all associated data (workouts, meals, measurements and backup). If you cannot access the app, email the contact below from your Google account address asking for deletion; we respond within 30 days.
